Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully:
Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at babybowbh@gmail.com.
Shipping
- To return your product, please mail it to: babybowbh@gmail.com.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
