Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at babybowbh@gmail.com.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at babybowbh@gmail.com.

Shipping

  • To return your product, please mail it to: babybowbh@gmail.com.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
